Who runs Lukaut
Lukaut is operated by an independent civic-technology demonstration project. It lets people in Papua New Guinea report alleged electoral campaign-conduct breaches with a photo, so trained reviewers can check them and pass credible ones to the proper authority.
Lukaut is not operated by, affiliated with, or endorsed by the PNG Electoral Commission or any other government body. If that ever changes, this page will name the operating organisation and the arrangement behind it.
This is a demonstration
The deployment you are using is a working demonstration. Reports sent now help test the service — they are not yet forwarded to any authority. The yellow Demo banner on the front page stays up for as long as that is true.

Check you are on the real site
Before sending a report, look at the address bar of your browser and compare it with the address printed on official Lukaut material. If the address does not match, do not send anything — close the page.
